Outfit of the night

While I like to think I make an effort on a daily basis, the Newcastle night life I've become accustomed to means I get to play dress up whenever I go out. And having 3 new wardrobes to raid courtesy of the flat mates means I'm having a styling dream right about now.
These are some of my past (and favourite) night out outfits.

Top row L-R

Top, River Island; Skirt, H&M; Belt, River Island; Heels, ASOS; Bag, H! by Henry Holland; Necklace, Sunken Rose
Top, New Look; Shorts, MissGuided.co.uk; Heels, New Look; Bag, ASOS
Top, Topshop; Shorts, Primark; Heels, Next; Bracelet, Primark; Necklace, Accessorize
Bralet, Topshop; Skirt, Cotton On; Heels, Nine West; Bracelet, ASOS

Bottom row L-R

Dress, eBay (here!); Belt, River Island; Heels, Schuh; Bracelet, H&M.
Dress, Forever 21; Heels, Primark
Top, H&M; Shorts, Topshop; Heels, Schuh

The eBay dress (first on the bottom row) is one of my absolute favourites, mainly because of how cheap it was! £6! I has a cute cut out back with a bow detail as well.

Last night's outfit is the last one, courtesy of a mixture of wardrobes. It's another revealing back piece with a loose tie that falls above the waist.

For those of you, like me, who are back people it's the new cleavage, invest in a good stick on bra. I parted with £25 in Fenwicks for mine and it's perfect. The key is to avoid the stick on chicken fillets, too heavy, and avoid the thick material ones, they never stick enough.
Instead, you want thin, completely adhesive material. Head to the lingerie section and track down the 'Eve's' concession, with the stick on bra in a box!

  2. Hi :)
Serious outfit envy, I'm jealous that you and all your flatmates manage to have the same size/taste, a swapping party would never work with my housemates! (The one downfall to being their friend...)

Just wondered if you could let me know how tall you are/what size you got the ebay dress in? My nan is after Christmas ideas for me and I think that dress would be perfect. Thank you in advance!

  3. @margerine Hey! I'm about 5ft 6 and I got the small. Or small/medium (whichever it is!)
As it's so cheap I risked it not fitting as you can always sell it on again. I've done this with a few from Japan.
    Hope this helps!
